Nanofiber technology filtration
as small as 0.3 microns
Airhead Filters are capable of filtering particulate matter down to PM0.3, which is significantly smaller than typical dust, soot, smoke and respiratory droplets from sneezing. Filtration also includes larger PM2.5 and PM10 molecules, commonly present in urban pollution.
The filters have been designed in line with requirements set by the EN149:2001 ISO Standards and tested using NaCl and paraffin oil testing substances, demonstrating filtration efficiency of >99%. However, it’s important to note that our mask is not a medical device and not yet certified or approved to this standard so is intended for leisure use only.

TPE seal designed to create
an airtight fit
The face seal has been engineered using a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) ENSOFT® - a high performance material that’s completely recyclable. It is highly resistant to UV, environmental weathering and alcohol, making it suitable to use with alcohol-based cleaning products.
The TPE seal was designed using 3D modelling of five different ISO head forms, to ensure optimal face fitting and minimise leakage around the face. Whilst we’ve done everything we can to accommodate a range of head shapes, we expressly cannot guarantee the perfect fit on every face.to this standard so is intended for leisure use only.
Activated carbon helps to
combat harmful gases
Nitrogen oxide (NOx), sulphur dioxide (SOx) and ozone are key components of air pollution, with proven negative health impacts. Emissions from industrial facilities, power plants and cars continue to be major sources of NOx and SOx, whilst ozone is formed when nitrogen oxide reacts with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), heat and sunlight. An activated carbon layer in filters can be used to combat these gases, through an adsorption process. Pollutant compounds stick to the outside of the activated carbon molecules, preventing them from passing through the filter.

Clear your head with cleaner air
Move more. Stress less. Breathe easy.
We are all about improving people’s lives while they’re on the move in and around the city. You shouldn’t have to worry about the dirt, the dust and the fumes. That heavy feeling in the chest, the nasty cough after your ride, that smell behind the bus or that tired feeling when you sit down at your desk. Everyone needs a breath of fresh air, but in the city that’s hard to come by. We care about you and want to make every journey happier and healthier.
Everyone deserves a good air day.
Unclip for a cool breeze
If you’re cycling or running up a hill as fast as you can, you'll probably get hot, we won’t pretend otherwise. This unique feature gives you a quick cooling breeze, or a chance to have a drink, snack or chat.
Replace the filters, not the
whole mask
Doing what we can to reduce waste, together.
Reusable, durable and modular - a mask that’s made to last, with the environment at the front of mind. We recommend that you replace the filters after approximately 60 hours of use to ensure maximum filtration efficiency is maintained.
